Korean BBQ | It's a "fire+meat" Tuesday at Shinsei

"fire+meat", or Korean barbecue refers to the Korean method of marinating and then roasting  pork or other types of meat.  Before cooking, the meat is marinated with a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and pepper and/or "gochu garu" (Korean chili powder).

At Shinsei our recipe is a secret, but ask any of our regulars who religiously schedule their Tuesday evenings around our melt in your mouth Korean bbq pork roast, served with Korean noodle salad, steamed veggies, spicy "kimchee", steamed rice, steamed buns and lettuce cups.

If you haven't experienced Shinsei Korean BBQ, you haven't lived. Come join us for dinner on Tuesdays for bold flavor journey to Korea. Remember only on Tuesdays and prepared in "limited quanties"! Call to reserve for dine-in or take-out.

Book your table online with OpenTable

We hope to see you this evening!
