"fire+meat", or Korean barbecue refers to the Korean method of marinating and then roasting pork or other types of meat. Before cooking, the meat is marinated with a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and pepper and/or "gochu garu" (Korean chili powder).
